Working with Stan Melax & Sterling Orsten at Intel, I worked on the development of a unique, novel 3D hand tracking solution that worked in real-time on consumer hardware. It enables real-time, robust, and accurate 3D skeletal tracking of a user’s hand on a variety of depth cameras, while only utilizing a single x86 CPU core for processing. I presented our poster at i3D 2013 and it won the Best Poster award at the conference.
